Created in 2000, French River Adventures builds on years of canoeing, kayaking and hiking experience. They know the French River well and would love to help you discover the French River. They welcome both lodge guests and non-guests alike.

If you are not an experienced canoeist or kayaker, you can hire one of the guides to accompany you for an hour, half-day or full-day outing to take advantage of our knowledge of the river. There are lots of hiking and fishing options available close by.

The Ontario Parks award-winning French River Visitor Centre is a must see. Its main exhibit, “Voices of the River” tells the story of the French River, one of Canada’s earliest travel routes.
