In operation for over 40 years in the city, Ernie’s Coffee Shop is one of the city's beloved downtown coffee shops. The menu offers foods that are farm-to-table fresh ingredients that are locally sourced from area farms. Going out for a hearty breakfast with friends is a favourite thing to do in the Sault, and you won’t find a heartier breakfast than at the Pig! Open for breakfast and lunch daily, The Breakfast Pig serves up traditional favourites, but that’s not its claim to fame. It’s the twists that will get you in the door: breakfast poutines, bacon cheddar waffles, and seasonal twists (think candy cane, pumpkin spice, etc.) on pancakes, waffles, crepes and eggs benedict.
