Doug Hamilton

Doug Hamilton is a professional photographer and wilderness enthusiast. A former park warden and canoe ranger in Temagami, Doug has been wilderness canoe tripping for more than 45 years. Every Spring for the past ten years Doug can be found padding and portaging deep into the heart of Algonquin Park. An avid bird watcher and nature lover, he considers occasional fishing in remote waters a bonus and privilege. His nature and ecotourism related photography has been published by Ontario Parks, tourism agencies, numerous magazines and photo stock companies.
