Ontario Motorcycle Events 2024
Some people hear Ontario motorcycle event think that only means the Toronto Motorcycle Show or the Toronto Motorcycle Springshow. But those in the know know there are dozens of events across the province from May through to October. And we can all look forward to a Friday the 13th bash in Port Dover this September.
This is the most comprehensive list of motorcycle rallies, poker runs, show & shines, and charity motorcycle events in Ontario. September 2024 Ontario Motorcycle Events
1, Nestor Falls Wings and Wheels Festival, Nestor Falls, ON
Come to Gear Head Day at the Wings and Wheels Festival in Nestor Falls. There will be live music, a chicken wing cook-off, sightseeing tours, food trucks, bouncy houses, dessert cart, swap meet, beer gardens, a horseshoe tournament, kids activities, fireworks AND a car & motorcycle show! 6, 7, 8, Old Bastards Vintage Motorcycle Club Annual Rally, Delta, ON
An annual rally that includes a swap meet and is the largest motorcycle event in this part of the province. There will be live music and dancing, motorcycle games, a wood-fired BBQ by Catalyst Catering, motorcycle accessories vendors, breakfast events and more. This year's rally will be held September 6, 7, and 8 at the Lower Beverly Lake Campground in Delta Ontario. Check out their Facebook post for more information and follow for updates.

6, 7, 8, The 3rd Annual Biketemberfest, Baldwin, ON
Enjoy a weekend of fun, games and live music with other bike fans, with proceeds going to the Luso Canadian Charitable Society. Gates open Friday at 6 pm, with a ride along Lake Simcoe on Saturday at 10:30—with a day of partying to follow! 7, Riders 8th Annual Poker Run Ride for PTSD, Port Hope, ON

8, 36th Annual Guide Dog Ride, Manotick, ON
Join the fun on Ottawa’s longest-running charity motorcycle ride! The 200 km ride winds its way through the picturesque Rideau Valley and parts of Eastern Ontario, concluding with a volunteer-run BBQ, prizes, and a chance to meet some Guide-Dogs-in-Training at our National Training Centre in Manotick! No pets, please. Register on the morning of the ride from 9 am—10 am at CGDB National Training Centre (4120 Rideau Valley Drive North, Manotick). Riders will depart from there at 10 am. Hosted by the Port Dover Kinsmen, this long-running event is legendary. Thousands of bikers converge on the small town of Port Dover, on Lake Erie, for a day of music, bikes, shows, and anything to do with motorcycling. It's a great place for people-watching. Watch for details on what to expect this year. With September being an excellent time of year to be out on the bike, you can expect a big turnout for this one.

Veterans gather to pay tribute to Veterans on banners as they travel the Pathway of Heroes throughout town. The parade ends at Perth Legion for socializing and refreshments. Everyone is welcome to join in. No cost, and no registration required (make a donation to the Canadian Veteran Service Dog Unit if you wish)...just show up at 1:00 pm behind Perth Mews 80 Dufferin Street!

2 - 4, Hogs for Hospice Motorcycle Rally, Leamington, ON
Bikes, bands, and BBQ! Hogs for Hospice is a 3-day motorcycle rally to raise awareness and funds for the Erie Shores Hospice as well as showcasing “Ontario’s Best Kept Secret," the town of Leamington, Ontario. There will be a ride on Saturday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

This is #46 for Motorcyclists Fighting Blindness, raising funds for vision research and having a little fun along the way. A police and civilian training seminar to challenge and improve your riding skills. Registration: $200, $150 Earlybird until July 1. Bikers Against Child Abuse Toronto is hosting a 100-mile ride to raise awareness of child abuse and the mission they have to empower abused children. Meet at Bikers Alley 7500 Highway 27, Unit 17, Woodbridge Ontario—registration will be open at 9:00 AM. Cost is a donation of $20 per rider, $10 per passenger. The public is welcome to this event.

17, Eagle Ride: Ride for Youth, Mount Hope, ON
Liberty For Youth is pleased to announce our upcoming 14th Annual Eagle Ride Motorcycle Event. Our motorcycle event helps raise money for our Mentoring Program and provides post-secondary scholarships to our youth who are often first-generation college attendees. The event is scheduled to take place rain or shine.
The poker-style ride will begin at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum - 9280 Airport Road, Mount Hope, ON L0R 1W0. Riders will then travel through the scenic Hamilton/Haldimand/Niagara area, collecting cards at 3 set stops along the way. We will have a BBQ for the participants following the ride.

17, The Bottoni Project Ride, London, ON
A ride to bring awareness to and support the diagnosis of Male Breast Cancer. The Bottoni Project is intended to help derail the shame, stigma, and silence that prevents men from a healthy social and emotional recovery from male breast cancer. Lastly, the Bottoni Project will help raise money for the MRI fund at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital's Diagnostic Imaging Department. Men who are affected by male breast cancer will be just one of the many patient groups in our community who will benefit from this technology in the future and will receive the very best medical care possible, close to home.$40 per bike. This year is going to be a little different. It's going to be a poker run! Registration will begin at 11 am at The Rod and Gun. KSU by noon. We'll ride along the country roads with a card stop on the way. Once back at the Rod and Gun, there will be 50/50, raffle, prizes, joker wild and a new and exciting game. The 6th annual event will be in memory of Stephane Leveille. The weekend is full of fun activities. It begins on Friday, July 12 at 9 pm with a free show featuring the band Ruckus. Then on to Saturday where the day starts with breakfast at 7 am to 9 am, followed by registration and the poker run at 9 am with a steak dinner from 5pm until 7pm. The 35th annual event is again hosted by the Eastern Shield Section of the Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Group. The weekend takes place at Roblin Lake and includes camping with gates opening at noon on Friday. Includes the road run, concours judging, rider skills games, dinner, and more.

Are you looking for a unique motorcycle competition to try? This is an 8-hour motorcycle scavenger hunt competition where you can choose which day to start your 8-hour ride, to best fit your schedule and weather. One week before the event you'll receive a list of themed locations you'll need to find and ride to during the competition. Each is worth a different amount of points. At the end, your scores are tallied and winners are announced. The prize is just bragging rights, but you'll have a blast riding around discovering new towns & unique locations, and seeing the submissions from other riders. Entry fee is $50/rider. Locations for this event will all be related to the redneck lifestyle, so you can bet you'll be heading to fishing holes, bingo halls, trailer parks, and fireworks stores, amongst other "lowbrow" locations.

September 10th marks the return of the National Capital Region’s longest running charity motorcycle ride and dice run. The annual Guide Dog Ride is held in support of Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind and their mission to provide greater freedom and independence to Canadians with the aid of professionally trained guide and mobility assistance dogs.
Registration: Open on the morning of the ride, will be between 9 and 10 am at CGDB’s National Training Centre and costs $20 ($30 with BBQ meal). Cash and all major cards will be accepted, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. Those attending will also have a chance to meet our guide-dogs-in-training. 3 - 24, Lucette’s Ride for Cure, North Bay, ON
A three-week journey starting in North Bay and heading to Jasper B.C. to spread the ashes of Lucette—a PSW, wife, mother, and grandmother who passed away too soon due to cancer. The aim is to spread her ashes there and to raise money for the Canadian Mesothelioma Foundation along the way. The family will be riding on bikes and by RV for roughly 6 to 7 hours per day. There will be stops at different cities along the way. More details to follow.
Registration: There is no cost to join the ride. Donations will go directly to the Canadian Mesothelioma Foundation—which will support people and families affected by this cancer, and to fund research into curing it.

We end the games with head-to-head bathtub races then it’s a roast beef dinner. We have live bands both nights in the old horse barn. There are hot showers and flush toilets. There is a food truck, coffee, water spot, and vendors. There will be tent camping and we also have trailer spots available too.

Every year we do a movie-themed mini rally, and this year we're continuing the tradition with a twist. Our season champion each year will get to pick the movie. This year it's the Godfather, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. You choose when and where you'd like to start from, and where you'd like to finish no more than 8 hours later. You will need to ride a minimum of 300km in order to be considered a finisher.

Maybe the longest-running motorcycle charity event in Canada, Ride for Sight has raised over $26 million for Fighting Blindness Canada.

10, Sportbike Rally Ice-Cream Reunion, Parry Sound, ON
After a two year delay it’s finally happening! The Sportbike Rally Ice-Cream Reunion is a go for Sunday, 10 July. This no fee, no registration gathering could, quite possibly, be the biggest non-event event of the year!
Where? Parry Sound, Ontario of course; the spiritual and temporal home of the legendary (in the minds of many) Sportbike Rally. Head for the Parry Sound Town Dock from roughly 11 am to 3 pm. You’ll know you’ve arrived when you hear the laughter.
It’s not complicated. Ride to Parry Sound, grab a scoop or two of ice-cream (or something else if you’re lactose intolerable), renew acquaintances, talk biking, then ride home.
The Town of Parry Sound is setting aside two large parking lots for motorbikes. The nearby Georgian Bay Airways or Island Queen Cruise terminals will be ready to serve ice cream at your pleasure.

A day of riding, lunch, and photo opportunity at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. The day starts in Oakville at 9:30 am for a beautiful ride taking you through some amazing winding country roads to the museum in Sault Ste. Marie. Once there, there will be a lunch and time to enjoy the museum and take turns having our photos taken with one or two vintage planes. This is a great opportunity to mix and mingle with biker friends no matter what you ride. Passengers, family and friends are welcome.

A 12-hour rally that will have you riding to all four corners of your region, probably using four-letter words to describe the rally master. Make sure you put on your reading glasses because you're going to need them as you look for Town Squares, the 4 Elements, and maybe even 4 Calling Birds. You choose when and where you'd like to start from, and where you'd like to finish up to 12 hours later. You will need to ride a minimum of 400km in order to be considered a Finisher.

In support of the veteran and first responder communities, this event is open to all riders and all bikes. The ride is self-directed, so individuals and groups leave at the time that works for them. This year the 2021 Torch RIDE will start and finish at St. Clair College and take riders throughout the beautiful Municipality of Chatham-Kent.

The ride starts at Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre for breakfast. Riders will then leave Hearth Place at 9 am and head out to the various poker run stops. Stops will be in Port Hope (Tim Horton’s), Keene (Muddy’s BBQ Pit), and Raglan (White Feather Country Store). Arrive at Mackie Harley-Davidson in Oshawa for the last poker run location, a BBQ lunch, prizes and great music. Winner of the Poker Run wins a $100 Mackie Harley-Davidson gift certificate!

This is a special ride for the little boy Radi who was hit in Toronto by a motorcyclist. We are meeting at the Toronto International Centre, building 5 at the leather store. Kickstands up at 10:30 am and we're riding to Downsview Park there will be a band, food, and vendors. It will be a good day to show the compassion that bikers truly have through the good charity work that we do.

Starting at Superburger (Highways 10 & 89), the inaugural event is a 2.5 to 3-hour self-guided ride of the most scenic areas that Dufferin County has to offer. Concludes at the Loretto Inn with live music by "Full Rolling Boil.” Join us for a bite to eat and/or refreshments at the Loretto while prizes are awarded and 50/50 and prize draws are held!

After a 3-year hiatus to establish our Niagara ride, the R.O.C.K. returns to Sarnia on Sept 14, 2019. For the first time, the Sarnia R.O.C,K. will be a Yahtzee Run with prize to be announced. Our Grand Prize is a Niagara Getaway (details TBA). Amazing prize packages for our top ten fundraisers as well as door prizes, free rider shirts for first 50 on ride morning, midpoint bbq. Thousands of women around the world, 82 countries, are traveling in the world's largest motorcycle relay. A baton is being passed from woman rider to woman rider, country to country. Picnic at the locks. As always, our starting point is at Harvey's on Brookdale Ave in Cornwall Ontario. From there we will drive towards Merrickville, Ontario with a stop at Tim Hortons for a quick coffee and bathroom breaks before we continue to the Locks in Merrickville. There we will enjoy some food with each other, picnic style, enjoying the sights and sounds of the gorgeous area. Don't forget your camera. If we are lucky we will get to see a boat in the Locks going up or down in the water. This is a picnic style, feel free to pack a lunch or snacks. There is also a chip stand nearby if you prefer to travel light.
Registration: There is only the cost of your gas and food for this trip. Once again this is a great time to enjoy a nice cruise, see some of our gorgeous scenery and have great company. All bikes are welcome to join.

Riders Against Hunger is always on the third Saturday in August. Reserve the date in your summer ride calendar. This will be a poker run-style 3-hour ride. RAH is a motorcycle charity ride in support of a local food bank, Eden Food for Change, helping to feed hungry families right here in our community. In our ninth year, we have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy much-needed food for hungry children and their parents but we can’t do it without you.
Registration: Opens at 8 am. Ride at 9:30 am. Every $50 collected in registration fees or donations makes it possible for the food bank to provide the food a family of four needs for a week. Come join the Devils Progress MC for our fourth annual Paved With Good Intentions ride benefiting Parkinson's Canada. We have been partnered with them for the last three years and it is such a worthy cause. Our final race for 2019 will be at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. The world famous Grand Prix track and grounds have seen substantial improvements over the last few years. "Mosport" with its challenging blind corners and elevation changes, brings in vintage racers from all over. The final round of the endurance series Friday afternoon is your last chance to collect points to improve your place in the standings.

Shake the Shield Poker Run: The event is an excuse to meet up, travel and have a good time along the route through some of the most scenic landscape in Ontario while raising funds for a local charity. We've carefully selected almost 400 kilometres of the most beautiful roads in our region for you to enjoy while raising money for a worthwhile cause.

The 1st annual motorcycle poker run starts Friday night with a live band. A $5 breakfast is on Saturday morning from 8 to 10 am. The poker run is on from 10 am to 6 pm. From 6 to 9 pm on Saturday evening there will be a $10 street-meat style supper, 50/50 draw & prizes including a Harley-Davidson draw at 8 pm. From 9 pm to 2 am it’s Bluez Brotherz featuring The Hooligan Horn Line. A $5 breakfast is on Sunday morning from 8 to 11 am.

On the last of five days of fun with the Toronto community, Royal Enfield invites you to ride out into a neighbouring town for a fully loaded celebration. Lead by The Moto Social into the total town takeover of Acton Ontario. Spend a day in the world or Royal Enfield as a mini-city for the North America Twins Launch. Demoing the new models, riding through dirt courses, and painting on abandoned buildings is only the beginning. With the blessing of the residents, Royal Enfield will be taking over the streets for a day. The streets of Acton will be adorned with Royal Enfield signage which will lead you to the main venue where you will be able to take a ride on the Twins, ride the Himalayan through a mini dirt track, paint your favorite Royal Enfield logo on a building or dance to live music. The Kingston Harley-Davidson/MotoSport Plus will be hosting our 3rd annual Ride for Mental Health to raise money for the Canadian Mental Health Association. This charity ride is dedicated to raising awareness for mental illness and to help end the stigma around mental illness. All proceeds raised are being donated to CMHA.
The ride will be leaving MotoSport Plus around 10 am and returning back to our store around 12:30 pm and will be followed by food, prizes and a silent auction.

New location this year! We'll be starting and ending a mapped leisurely ride throughout Oxford County at the newly renovated Royal Canadian Legion at 642 Dundas Street, Woodstock. Teen Challenge Canada is a residential alcohol and drug addiction faith-based program offering help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs. Riders will enjoy a scenic ride beginning and ending at Teen Challenge with a BBQ and other festivities to close off the event. Everyone raising money for Teen Challenge Ontario Men’s Centre will receive an entry to win a free gas card!

Come out and support the annual ride in support of Cystic Fibrosis. This is the official ride of the Peel Chapter of the Widow’s Son (free masons that ride). Last year we had over 50 bikes and raised over $11,000. We want to double that this year. We’ve planned a fabulous route through the hills and twisties and have prayed fervently that the sun gods will shine on us all day long.

30, VRRA Quinte TT 2019, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, ON
Round 1 will begin the VRRA's 2019 race season with the Quinte TT on Shannonville's 14-corner, 4.03 km-long track. Our very own race school will be held on the Thursday, with both phase one and two taking place on the Nelson circuit. A two-hour endurance race starts mid-Friday afternoon.
