Whitewater Lake is a paddler’s dream come true. This adventure starts with an overnight stay in Armstrong Station followed by an exciting float plane flight to Whitewater Lodge in Wabakimi Provincial Park. Spend your days exploring the fish-rich waters by canoe and wildlife viewing in the boreal forest. Each evening return to your cabin for a good night sleep. There is plenty of something and nothing to do for everyone.

First night accommodation at McKenzie Cabins in Armstrong Station, floatplane ride to and from the lodge, private cabin accommodation for 5 nights at Whitewater Lake Lodge, all bedding, linens, towels and cookware, wifi internet and satellite TV at the main lodge, canoe & paddle rental, motor boat use for 1 day, detailed map of paddling routes, portages and points of interest around Whitewater Lake and food package for the duration of your trip.

Directions: Travel north on Hwy 527 from Thunder Bay towards Armstrong Station (approximately 3 hours). Follow signs to Wilderness North on McKenzie Lake Road.

While in Thunder Bay, visit explore back in time to the year 1816 to experience the fur trade at Fort William Historical Park. Enjoy locally-styled food and drink as well as excellent art galleries.
