Mike Borger

For many years Mike spent the open water season paddling the north solo, many expeditions encompassing months. He now spends his time fishing and guiding for steelhead throughout the Great Lakes region. A freelance outdoor writer, Mike also works to promote numerous lodges across the North. A dedicated outdoorsman and multi-species angler, he currently lives in Hamilton, Ontario with his wife Joanne and two young children Brendan and Riley.
