2, 15th Annual Tom Saul Memorial Ride, Cochrane, ON
The Tom Saul Memorial Ride has been going for 15 years. It’s a 50-kilometre round trip with a destination where hotdogs are served along with coffee and hot chocolate. Any and all snowmobiles are welcome, new and old. Family fun event. No alcohol, please.
Registration: All we ask is for a $10 donation which our club donates to our local Lady Minto hospital chemotherapy unit for care and comfort of patients while taking chemotherapy.

9, 10, Cochrane Polar Bear Cup Oval Ice Races, Cochrane, ON
Vintage Snowmobile ice oval races sanction by Ontario Snowmobile Oval Racers and promoted by Cochrane Classic Vintage Riders Club and Museum.
Registration: $10 per spectator, $25 per family of 4. Opens March 8 & 9, races start March 9th & 10th.

9, Big Winter Festiglace Vintage Snowmobile Ride, Kapuskasing, ON
The Town of Kapuskasing is hosting its first Vintage Snowmobile Ride, a highlight of the Big Winter Festiglace carnival! This nostalgic event, taking place at La Forge, promises a day filled with fun and adventure. There will be a guided snowmobile ride with on-trail assistance, an impressive show & shine event, local dealers showcasing their products with exciting demonstrations, delicious food, and live music by Rosewood Ave. Don’t miss out on the prize draws and much more! Only snowmobiles from 1999 or earlier are eligible for this “vintage” experience.

9, Rickward’s Antique Snowmobile Show, Kearney, ON
Bring your sled! Or just come and enjoy the day, then ride off into the sunset on your classic sled. Set up starts at 7 am, with the show on from 9 am to 3 pm. Awards will be presented at 1:30 pm. There will also be BBQ food on site, music, and Polaris S4 4-stroke demo sleds available if the snow sticks around.

February 2024 Ontario Snowmobile Events

3, Snowmobile Fun Run, Elliot Lake, ON
The Elliot Lake Snowbirds Snowmobile Club will host its annual Snowmobile Fun Run with two choices of runs: long or short. Dinner will be hosted at Moose Lodge. Prizes will be drawn.
Registration: Tickets are available after December 31st, 2023, and include dinner. Tickets are $50 each. Trail permit required.

10, 33rd Annual Poker Run, Haliburton, ON
Taking place at the Haliburton Forest & Wildlife Reserve, participants will ride the trails via snowmobile or ATV visiting 5 checkpoints. Each checkpoint will offer a coloured token and refreshments! By 4:30 pm participants turn in their tokens in order to draw a poker hand. One additional hand per participant may be purchased. All proceeds from the event are donated to the Haliburton Firefighters Association. First prize for best poker hand is a brand new snowmobile! If you have not visited Haliburton Forest before check out the shelter cabin locations on our snowmobile trail map.
While participating in the poker run, don’t forget to check out some of our amazing scenic areas such as The Gorge, Redstone Vista and the Lookout!

10, 24-Hour Female Snowmobile Team World Record Attempt, Midland, ON
Come out and support our female riders as they set the world record attempt for most miles ridden in a 24hr period on a snowmobile.

10, Ride the North Poker Run, Chelmsford, ON
The 9th annual Ride the North Poker Run starts at 9 am at the Place Bonaventure Mall. Hosted by the Northbound Sno Drifters and Snapping Falls High Riders, The ride will take you on a journey along the scenic Cartier Moose Loop. Even if you’re unable to make it that day, anyone who buys a ticket is eligible to win. Funds raised will go directly onto the trail to improve your riding experience.

Taking place at the World Famous Dock Lunch on Family Day, the event is hosted by Georgian Bay Parts & Service.

17, 18, Kiwissa Snowmobile Hill Climb Drag Race, Manitouwadge, ON
The Township of Manitouwadge, in partnership with the Manitouwadge Skatepark Committee and Hill Climb Project Team, will be hosting this fundraising event for the ski chalet at Kiwissa Ski Hill. This 1000′ uphill drag race will test your ability, not just speed! Taking place on the Main Run at Kiwissa Ski Hill (94m vertical drop), the varying degrees of terrain will challenge even the best rider! There will be food and a licensed bar.
Registration: $60 per class; $20 additional for higher class. Limited to 200 competitors – Deadline for registration: February 9, 2024 at 4 pm.

18, Listowel Snowmobile Show, Listowel, ON
Hosted by the Comancheros Car Club, this is a snowmobile show and shine at the Listowel Ag Hall, corner of Main Street East and Tremaine Road. Food and coffee will be available. Vendors welcome.

23, Jackson Fuller 24-Hour World Record, Stayner, ON
Jackson Fuller has is eyes set on setting a World Record attempt for most miles ridden by Snowmobile in a 24-hour period (Youth), all in support of Amici Children's Camp Charity. Make sure to come out and cheer on Jackson while he weathers the unknown on his ride.

24, Larry Berrio’s Big Deal Poker Run, Sudbury, ON
Celebrating our 15th anniversary of The Big Deal Poker Run that was created by Larry Berrio. All funds raised for the event support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sudbury. We have raised over $65,000 over the years. The event sells out every year and fully depends on our riders and sponsors. This year will have some great entertainment and great prizes.

Hosted by Sledheads 4 Kids, this is a World Record Attempt for the world's largest Snowmobile Parade. The record was set in Whitecourt Alberta (2015) by the Whitecourt Trailblazers with a total of 1047 snowmobiles. We want you to be part of history and help us raise money to send kids to camp. Tell all your friends and family and come on out! On from 9 am to 5 pm at Little Lake Park in Midland.

21, DB Powersports Ladies Snowmobile Ride for Breast Cancer, Owen Sound, ON
A guided ladies-only snowmobile ride in the scenic Grey County area. Loop to be determined. We hope to find a restaurant trail supporter to take our group too, and have door prizes available too! This is in the beginning stages, but we wanted to see what interest there would be for this event.
Registration: $15 minimum donation to attend. All funds raised will go towards the incredible Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Fund.

19, 26th Annual Sledarama, Peterborough, ON
The grass roots of sledding, the long-running snowmobile and off-road show takes place again at the Peterborough Memorial Centre from 8:30 am to 4 pm. Expect new sleds and gear, parts and accessories, a huge swap meet, show & shine competition, vintage display, clubs and trail passes, and more from ATV clubs.

It’s that time of year again! Sledders, mud-lovers and motorheads of all kinds converge on the International Centre for three days of amazing custom exhibits, celebrity appearances, a giant used market. 4, Drag at the Mag, Magnetewan, ON 
Snow drags, food, and fun—the Drag at the Mag is back. Racer meeting at 11:30 with the race beginning at high noon. There will be 4 lanes.

4, 14th Annual Tom Saul Memorial Vintage Snowmobile Ride, Cochrane, ON 
Snowmobilers will participate in the 50km round trip and all riders are welcome, old or new sleds. The money raised goes to cancer. So far CCVR has donated over $77 thousand to this cause.

Come and see the incredible high-flying Sleds, Snow Bikes and UTV's as the CSRA returns to Sudbury Downs. Two Days of non-stop racing at Sudbury Downs (400 Bonin St). Hundreds of North Americas Best Snowmobile, Snow Bike and UTV Side by Side Racers will descend upon Sudbury Downs bringing back some of the best Pro and Amateur Racing on one of our longest Snow Racing Tracks.

11, Big Winter Festiglace Snowmobile Extravaganza Poker Rally, Kapuskasing, ON 
The Extravaganza is back! Enjoy a full day of snowmobiling in the Northern Corridor, a World's Best Snowmobiling Destination! Poker Rally checkpoints are located in Hearst, Mattice, Val Rita, Kapuskasing, Moonbeam, Smooth Rock Falls and Cochrane. Fifth and final checkpoint will be at the Centre de Loisirs in Kapuskasing, where riders will play their poker hand for a chance to win some cash prizes. The evening continues with a spaghetti supper and a live musical performance by emerging country-rock artists, Johnson's Creek, and special guests Eric Girard and Marc Desilets. This Big Winter Festiglace event supports the Kap Sno-Rovers (Poker Rally) and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 85.

Ontario Snowmobile Oval Racers – OSOR is a non-profit organization regenerating the sport of snowmobile racing and bringing it to communities throughout Ontario. As a group of racers, sponsors, fans and family members devoted to this sport, our collective experience in snowmobile racing spans seven decades. 
Any qualified member may participate in the approved classes offered in any OSOR event pertaining to their age group. Snowmobiles are allowed to race in their perspective displacement or designated performance class, and any larger displacement or performance class except as noted in specific sections.

Enjoy a snowmobile rally on the OFSC trails around Kemptville in support of kids with physical disabilities!  Come and join us for a hot breakfast at the North Grenville Fire Station #1. Not a snowmobiler? Come for breakfast anyway! Breakfast is $10 with all proceeds going to Snowarama. And while you’re at it, sponsor a participant. 
Check out the silent auction and bring your smile for the participant photo op. Each rider must fundraise a minimum of $25 to participate in the rally or parade. Pledge forms are available at JT Auto Parts, Randy’s Performance, B&H Grocery, and the Snowmobile Clubhouse. Riders are also encouraged to register and fundraise online. 
If the rally is cancelled due to lack of snow, the breakfast will go ahead, and presentations and draws will take place at 9:30 a.m. at the North Grenville Fire Station #1. The Kemptville Snowarama Rally will start from the Kemptville Firehall and finish at the Kemptville Snowmobile Clubhouse 1505 O’Neil Road, Oxford Mills.

Join Trillium Off-Road Recovery at the 2023 Snowmobile Throwdown hosted by the good folks at Leadbetters. The event is being held in the Haliburton Forest & Wildlife Reserve. There will be food provided for a small fee by Leadbetters, live music, and a whole lot more. As always the volunteers will have merchandise for sale and items to give away so come and say hello to them.

19, Snowmobile Ride for Autism 2023, Plantagenet, ON 
The 2nd annual Snowmobile Ride for Autism is hosted by ASD United/Autism Group and is featured at www.RidesForAutism.ca. Participants scavenge for hidden items, landmarks or POI’s for points to win prizes. Scavengers will find points on their Ride on the Eastern Ontario Snowmobile Club’s trail system in way of hidden items as no points of interest that include interactive stops with our sponsors. The EOSC will be hosting a simultaneous fundraiser on the trail in Vankleek Hill that will also benefit the Ride. The event is in memory of Keith Ward. 
Unloading and preparing starts at 9 am with the scavenger hunt flag drop at 10 am.

The Upper Canada Snowmobile Region's President's Ride starts and finishes at the Brookstreet Hotel. A block booking of rooms will be saved for those interested in staying overnight. The plan is to complete part of the new Ottawa Valley River Loop and then return to Kanata for dinner. The route will be 150 to 200 kms. The ride is on from 9 am to 5 pm, social time from 5 to 7 pm, dinner from 7 to 9 pm.

This year, we will be riding to a location on the trail where there will be a bonfire and hot chocolate. Then, we ride back to Cousin Vinny’s for a spaghetti and meatball lunch at 2:30 at a special price for our event. Prizes, awards and a silent auction will take place at 3 pm.

1, NRSA Snowmobile Poker Run - Chalk River Winter Carnival Weekend, Chalk River, ON 
This event is part of the 40th Chalk River Winter Carnival and is hosted by the North Renfrew Snowmobile Association. Breakfast is available at the Lion's Hall starting at 8 am. Bonfire and hot dogs will be available along the trail at the Stopping Place on the A-trail west of Deep River.

Head to the Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve for the 31st Annual Poker Run. Before 5 pm participants turn in their tokens in order to draw a poker hand. All proceeds from the event are donated to the Haliburton Firefighters Association. Snowmobilers from across Northwestern Ontario and Northeastern Minnesota are invited to hit the trails for the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids and become part of the most successful winter fundraiser for Easter Seals Ontario. Now in its 17th year, the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids has raised more than $450,000 in support of children and youth with physical disabilities in the community. 
The event includes a bonfire on the trail, a fabulous dinner and LIVE entertainment on Saturday night. There will be prizes for the top fundraisers, as well as additional prizes throughout the weekend. A minimum of $100 in pledges is required to participate. 
Grand Portage Lodge has reserved rooms for the weekend for Snowarama participants only. Please call Jean at Grand Portage Lodge and Casino at 1.800.543.1384 ext. 2914 to book a room reserved for Snowarama participants.

2, Rideau Grand Snowmobile Poker Rally, North Gower, ON 
To be awarded to the best poker hand, $500, for the second best poker hand, $300, and for the third best poker hand, $200. Cash prize to be awarded at 5 pm. (Cash prize must be presented to an individual 18 years of age minimum). Many other prizes for top finishers. Takes place at the Alfred Taylor Community Centre in North Gower, 30 minutes south of Ottawa. After the 160-kilometre ride, enjoy refreshments at the Hall after you ride.

2, The 2nd Annual Kennelly Mountain Hillcross, Renfrew, ON 
Hillcross is a combination of Snocross and Hillclimb race format. Two sleds race head-to-head up the mountain, over a series of jumps, tabletops, elevation step-ups, and corners. Approximate length is 1,000 feet. This race will test your skill...not what's under the hood! 
Come by sled! Thanks to the support of the Calabogie & District Snowmobile Club this event will be accessible from the Ontario Federation of Snowmobilers Club Trail system Mountain Chute Dam Express (MDX) 105. Check out the OFSC Interactive Trail Map. 
Registration: Race registration will be capped at 150 racers. $10 pre-registration per racer is recommended (non-refundable) this will guarantee your race spot and will be counted towards the $10 insurance fee at registration.

The annual food Bank ride for hunger ride leaves KC’s Country Inn in Vars at 10 am sharp. Registration starts at 9 am. The drivers meeting will be held a 9:50 am. It is asked that you make a donation of canned goods or cash donations. The food bank asked for cash because they can turn $1 to $3 of purchasing, both are welcome.

Join us for our annual Poker Rally and Pork Chop BBQ at the Elma Logan Arena in Monkton. The Poker Rally begins at 11 am and the last hand starts from the arena at 3 pm on a loop around Swampers trails. Prizes will be awarded for the best hands!

The Eganville Sno-drifters’ Club has a long history of hosting the Bonnechere Cup. Since 1974, the races have taken place at our very own ice oval track in Eganville, Ontario. 
Some of the greatest names in snowmobiling history have experienced the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat right here at our track. Names like Lee, Vandolder, Riemenschneider, Wahl, Vessair, Schulz and of course, Villeneuve, have all shaped the course of their careers at the Bonnechere Cup.

2, The Great Northern Expedition Endurance Snowmobile Ride, Cochrane, ON 
Hosted by Canuck Powersports, this is the first of what will be an annual charity Snowmobile Endurance Ride in Cochrane, Ontario. This event is not a race but puts rider and machine to the test in a safe, high-mileage ride that will challenge any rider. Navigation skills and a test of one’s endurance makes this a unique event like no other. Our charity of choice is the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.  
Riders will have the option to complete a 400 km (8-hour) or 600 km (12-hour) ride in Northern Ontario while hitting checkpoints along the way. Everyone who participates will be entered into a draw for door prizes. Those that complete the ride in the allotted time will have their names entered into an additional draw for some larger prizes from our sponsors.

This year’s festivities include a 100km sled ride north to White Otter Castle, lunch on the trail, and dinner at the Royal Canadian Legion, awards, auction, dance, and evening entertainment.

26, 2019 Sioux Lookout Snowarama, Sioux Lookout, ON 
This year’s event starts at the Ojibway Power Toboggan Association Clubhouse, 108 Abram Lake road for registration at 8:30 am. Leaving the clubhouse by 9:30 am with a brief stop in Hudson. Then continuing on to Pizza Hut in Dryden via the “A” Trail. After lunch, pictures and fuel. We are back on the “A” Trail with our return ride to Hudson/Sioux and the OPTA clubhouse. (Please note the approx total distance of the event is 220 km. Please fill your fuel tank.) 
Funds raised at the 2019 Sioux Lookout-Hudson, Red Lake Snowarama will help provide children with physical disabilities with essential mobility and communication equipment, as well as summer camping opportunities at Easter Seals’ two fully accessible camps. It can cost families up to $40,000 a year to raise a child with a physical disability and most families can’t do it on their own. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Snowmobilers from across Northwestern Ontario and Northeastern Minnesota are invited to hit the trails for the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids and become part of the fundraiser that has raised more than $400,000 in support of children and youth with physical disabilities in the community. Snowarama has two routes to choose from at Grand Portage Lodge and Casino. A long ride that is approximately 120 miles and a short ‘local ride’ on the reservation that is approximately 35 miles.

27, Kennelly Mountain Hill Cross Race Event, Renfrew, ON 
Calling all Snowmobile Racers, Snowcross, Hill Drag and Weekend Warriors! Here's your chance to compete in KMMX's First Annual HillCross Race Event. There are classes for most everyone regardless of experience! HillCross is a combination of Snocross and Hillclimb. Two competitors race head-to-head up the mountain, over a series of jumps, tabletops and elevation step-ups, including a 90 degree left hand turn. Approximate length is 1000 feet. 
Thanks to the support of the Calabogie and District Snowmobile Club this event will be accessible from the OFSC Trail system.

On the BEAST 203 trail, close to the A Trail. Breakfast will be available. Returning to Danby’s by 5 pm. Winners announced at 6 pm. Entertainment to follow late afternoon. If you have not completed the RAP tour, now is the time! The RAP tour showcases the best of Ontario snowmobiling in one remarkable circle tour Round Algonquin Park. Snowmobiling through OFSC Districts 6, 7 and 11, riders will experience incredible trails on an exciting mix of utility corridors, abandoned rail lines and old logging roads, plus sledding through the extensive forests of the rugged Canadian Shield. 4, Blue Mountain Snowdrifters Rally & Raffle, Stayner, ON 
The parking lot of the Stayner Arena will be filled with all sorts of events and activities to celebrate snowmobiling including snowmobile show and shine, displays from Polaris, Arctic Cat, and Yamaha, BBQ lunch and more. There will also be a raffle draw to win a 2018 Triton XT-11 Snowmobile Trailer.  
For the mini snowmobilers there will be a mini 120 on a race course and indoor activities like building a lego snowmobile, how to wrench a sled, learn about frost bite prevention, and a snowmobile movie with popcorn! 
This is also the destination for The Morgan Taylor Memorial Snowmobile Fun Run hosted by the Barrie Snowmobile Club. Make it a full day by starting at the New Lowell Legion. Have breakfast, register for the fun run and join the ride that heads to our rally. Awards from the fun run will be presented in the Stayner Community Centre Hall.  
Proceeds from The Morgan Taylor Memorial Fun Run support the Ontario Brain Injury Association.

This year’s event will be take place during the OFSC Try Our Trails weekend. You will need to have a permit whether it’s a seasonal one or just for the weekend if you want to participate. 
You can choose to ride to the Colonial Inn at your leisure or ride to the Sportsman’s Lodge in Kukagami where coffee, hot chocolate and a hot bowl of soup will be available. Then, ride back to the Colonial Inn for a complimentary lunch. Prizes, awards and a silent auction will take place at 3 pm.

3SIXTY NORTH hosts the first annual charity Event poker run in support of Northern Cancer Foundation. 1st prize for the poker run is $1000 cash, 2nd prize is a Husqvarna chainsaw by Valley outdoor power equipment, and the 3rd prize is a 3SIXTY NORTH prize pack. 
Leaving Rocky's for a ride up to the Wolf Mountain Lookout, then returning to Rocky's to crown a winner! Come out with entire family, we will have sliding nearby and skating on Lake Wanapitei. A great finale at 7PM with a Fireworks show by Dreamcatcher Fireworks.

Snowmobilers from across Northwest Ontario and Northeastern Minnesota are invited to hit the trails for the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids and become part of the most successful winter fundraiser for Easter Seals Ontario. Now in its 15th year, the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids has raised more than $400,000 in support of children and youth with physical disabilities in the community. 
The event includes a bonfire on the trail, a fabulous dinner and live entertainment on Saturday night. There will be prizes for the top fundraisers, including a trip to Vegas, as well as additional prizes throughout the weekend.

The 18th annual Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Snow Run is an all-women snowmobile event to raise funds for women with breast cancer. As always, we will have some extra special surprises for everyone who participates! 
On Friday, the meet’n’greet, will kick-off the weekend in Kelly style with a wonderful evening of munchies and good times! This is a great opportunity to meet new people and catch up with old friends! We will introduce your Team Leaders and Sweeps to you, reminders of trail rules and signals as well as fun prizes, draws and give-aways. Be ready to start off a weekend of fun! 4, Drag at the Mag, Magnetewan, ON 
Snow drags, food, and fun—the Drag at the Mag is back. Racer meeting at 11:30 with the race beginning at high noon. There will be 4 lanes.

4, 14th Annual Tom Saul Memorial Vintage Snowmobile Ride, Cochrane, ON 
Snowmobilers will participate in the 50km round trip and all riders are welcome, old or new sleds. The money raised goes to cancer. So far CCVR has donated over $77 thousand to this cause. 
Registration: Meet and greet is at 9 am with the ride starting at 10 am.

Come and see the incredible high-flying Sleds, Snow Bikes and UTV's as the CSRA returns to Sudbury Downs. Two Days of non-stop racing at Sudbury Downs (400 Bonin St). Hundreds of North Americas Best Snowmobile, Snow Bike and UTV Side by Side Racers will descend upon Sudbury Downs bringing back some of the best Pro and Amateur Racing on one of our longest Snow Racing Tracks.

11, Big Winter Festiglace Snowmobile Extravaganza Poker Rally, Kapuskasing, ON 
The Extravaganza is back! Enjoy a full day of snowmobiling in the Northern Corridor, a World's Best Snowmobiling Destination! Poker Rally checkpoints are located in Hearst, Mattice, Val Rita, Kapuskasing, Moonbeam, Smooth Rock Falls and Cochrane. Fifth and final checkpoint will be at the Centre de Loisirs in Kapuskasing, where riders will play their poker hand for a chance to win some cash prizes. The evening continues with a spaghetti supper and a live musical performance by emerging country-rock artists, Johnson's Creek, and special guests Eric Girard and Marc Desilets. This Big Winter Festiglace event supports the Kap Sno-Rovers (Poker Rally) and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 85. 
Supper will be served between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

11, Polar Bear Cup - OSOR, Cochrane, ON 
Ontario Snowmobile Oval Racers – OSOR is a non-profit organization regenerating the sport of snowmobile racing and bringing it to communities throughout Ontario. As a group of racers, sponsors, fans and family members devoted to this sport, our collective experience in snowmobile racing spans seven decades. 
Any qualified member may participate in the approved classes offered in any OSOR event pertaining to their age group. Snowmobiles are allowed to race in their perspective displacement or designated performance class, and any larger displacement or performance class except as noted in specific sections.

Enjoy a snowmobile rally on the OFSC trails around Kemptville in support of kids with physical disabilities!  Come and join us for a hot breakfast at the North Grenville Fire Station #1. Not a snowmobiler? Come for breakfast anyway! Breakfast is $10 with all proceeds going to Snowarama. And while you’re at it, sponsor a participant. 
Check out the silent auction and bring your smile for the participant photo op. Each rider must fundraise a minimum of $25 to participate in the rally or parade. Pledge forms are available at JT Auto Parts, Randy’s Performance, B&H Grocery, and the Snowmobile Clubhouse. Riders are also encouraged to register and fundraise online. 
If the rally is cancelled due to lack of snow, the breakfast will go ahead, and presentations and draws will take place at 9:30 a.m. at the North Grenville Fire Station #1. The Kemptville Snowarama Rally will start from the Kemptville Firehall and finish at the Kemptville Snowmobile Clubhouse 1505 O’Neil Road, Oxford Mills.

Join Trillium Off-Road Recovery at the 2023 Snowmobile Throwdown hosted by the good folks at Leadbetters. The event is being held in the Haliburton Forest & Wildlife Reserve. There will be food provided for a small fee by Leadbetters, live music, and a whole lot more. As always the volunteers will have merchandise for sale and items to give away so come and say hello to them.

19, Snowmobile Ride for Autism 2023, Plantagenet, ON 
The 2nd annual Snowmobile Ride for Autism is hosted by ASD United/Autism Group and is featured at www.RidesForAutism.ca. Participants scavenge for hidden items, landmarks or POI’s for points to win prizes. Scavengers will find points on their Ride on the Eastern Ontario Snowmobile Club’s trail system in way of hidden items as no points of interest that include interactive stops with our sponsors. The EOSC will be hosting a simultaneous fundraiser on the trail in Vankleek Hill that will also benefit the Ride. The event is in memory of Keith Ward.

20, 25th Annual Sledarama, Peterborough, ON 
The annual Sledarama event is the last of its kind—a grassroots gathering of snowmobile enthusiasts. Known far and wide for its famous swap meet and show show & shine, it has become Peterborough’s largest consumer trade show. This is a show run by and for sledders. Much like the iconic Markham Snowmobile Show was in the past, this show has that real family feel. Take your time walking the show from building to building filled with snowmobiles, ATVs, side-by-sides, clothing, gear, parts, accessories, trailers and more. Takes place at the Peterborough Memorial Centre & Morrow Building, 151 Lansdowne St. West. Doors open from 8:30 am to 4 pm.

21 - 23, 35th Annual Toronto International Snowmobile, ATV & Powersports Show, Mississauga, ON 
The largest show of its kind in the world is back! If you’re into snowmobiles, ATVs or an all-around powersports enthusiast, this is the show for you! As soon as you step foot on the show floor, you’ll be blown away with the incredible roster of exhibitors and the feature events taking place around the show. The enormous Outdoors Event Centre with live test drives and freestyle shows featuring snowmobiles, ATVs, motocross and street bikes. You’ll find huge manufacturer displays showcasing all of the new snowmobile and ATV line-ups. This show has more corporate manufacturer displays than any other snowmobile and/or ATV show across North America. All of the new machines under one roof, over one weekend, you can’t miss it! No matter where you’re coming from, it will be worth the drive to get here.

The Upper Canada Snowmobile Region's President's Ride starts and finishes at the Brookstreet Hotel. A block booking of rooms will be saved for those interested in staying overnight. The plan is to complete part of the new Ottawa Valley River Loop and then return to Kanata for dinner. The route will be 150 to 200 kms. The ride is on from 9 am to 5 pm, social time from 5 to 7 pm, dinner from 7 to 9 pm.

1, South Seguin SC 18th Annual Radar Runs, Horseshoe Lake, ON 
On from 10 am to 3 pm on Horseshoe Lake, just off Trail #205 at Horseshoe Pines Marina. 
Manufacturer’s displays and demo rides, a BBQ lunch, lots of free parking for vehicles, trailers and sleds, and admission is free. Trophies will be awarded for all classes of machines from kids to modified. The Seguin Fire Department will be on hand with their fire trucks, air, boat, and other emergency vehicles. Back by popular demand this year will be the Antique Snowmobile Show and Display. Registration: Starts at McDonalds, 5118 Highway 69N, Hanmer from 9 am to 10 am. Participants are required to have a trail permit and must raise a minimum of $30 in pledges. This year, we will be riding to a location on the trail where there will be a bonfire and hot chocolate. Then, we ride back to Cousin Vinny’s for a spaghetti and meatball lunch at 2:30 at a special price for our event. Prizes, awards and a silent auction will take place at 3 pm.

1, NRSA Snowmobile Poker Run - Chalk River Winter Carnival Weekend, Chalk River, ON 
This event is part of the 40th Chalk River Winter Carnival and is hosted by the North Renfrew Snowmobile Association. Breakfast is available at the Lion's Hall starting at 8 am. Bonfire and hot dogs will be available along the trail at the Stopping Place on the A-trail west of Deep River.

Head to the Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve for the 31st Annual Poker Run. Participants will ride the trails via snowmobile or ATV visiting 5 shelter cabins.  Each cabin will offer a coloured token and refreshments. Before 5 pm participants turn in their tokens in order to draw a poker hand. All proceeds from the event are donated to the Haliburton Firefighters Association. Snowmobilers from across Northwestern Ontario and Northeastern Minnesota are invited to hit the trails for the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids and become part of the most successful winter fundraiser for Easter Seals Ontario. Now in its 17th year, the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids has raised more than $450,000 in support of children and youth with physical disabilities in the community. 
The event includes a bonfire on the trail, a fabulous dinner and LIVE entertainment on Saturday night. There will be prizes for the top fundraisers, as well as additional prizes throughout the weekend. A minimum of $100 in pledges is required to participate. 
Grand Portage Lodge has reserved rooms for the weekend for Snowarama participants only. Please call Jean at Grand Portage Lodge and Casino at 1.800.543.1384 ext. 2914 to book a room reserved for Snowarama participants. 
Snowarama has two routes to choose from at Grand Portage Lodge and Casino: A long ride that is approximately 120 miles and a short ‘local ride’ on the reservation that is approximately 35 miles. Trail permits will be required for those riders that venture off the Grand Portage Reservation trails at a cost of $51 USD. Minnesota trail permits are available at Ryden’s 66.

January 2020 Ontario Snowmobile Events

Easter Seals Ontario along with the Atikokan SnoHo are kicking off the Snowarama season by hosting the 42nd annual Atikokan Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids event at the SnoHo Chalet on O’Brien Street Charleston Pit. You are invited to be part of this year’s event, filled with a variety of fun, family-friendly activities throughout the day and night. This year’s festivities include a 100km sled ride , lunch on the trail, and dinner, awards, auction and evening entertainment. 
Registration: Register online or in person at the SnoHo Chalet, O’Brien Street Charleson Pit on Saturday, January 25, beginning at 9 am. Participants are required to raise a minimum of $100, either online or collected on the day of the event. Funds raised at the Sioux Lookout-Hudson, Red Lake Snowarama will help provide children with physical disabilities with essential mobility and communication equipment, as well as summer camping opportunities at Easter Seals’ two fully accessible camps. It can cost families up to $40,000 a year to raise a child with a physical disability and most families can’t do it on their own. Your support is greatly appreciated.

17, Sledarama, Peterborough, ON 
A snowmobile show, swap meet and show & shine, Sledarama has become Peterborough’s largest consumer trade show. Much like the iconic Markham Snowmobile Show was in the past, the Peterborough Sledarama has that real family feel. The last of its kind, the Peterborough Sledarama Show is a grassroots snowmobiling gathering, a one-day event on Sunday, November 17, 2019. Located at the Peterborough Memorial Centre and the Morrow building, 151 Lansdowne St, Peterborough, Ontario. Parking is free. Take your time walking the show from building to building filled with snowmobiles, ATVs, side-by-sides, clothing, gear, parts, accessories, trailers, tourism, ATV and snowmobile clubs and OFSC snowmobile districts. 
Tucked away between the two exhibitor buildings is the famous snowmobile swap meet. The swap attracts swappers from all over Ontario, Quebec and even New Brunswick making it one of the largest in Canada, if not the largest!

The enormous outdoors event centre with live test drives and freestyle shows featuring snowmobiles, ATVs, motocross, and street bikes. You’ll find huge manufacturer displays showcasing all of the new snowmobile and ATV line-ups. 2, The 2nd Annual Kennelly Mountain Hillcross, Renfrew, ON 
Hillcross is a combination of Snocross and Hillclimb race format. Two sleds race head-to-head up the mountain, over a series of jumps, tabletops, elevation step-ups, and corners. Approximate length is 1,000 feet. This race will test your skill...not what's under the hood!

2, The Great Northern Expedition Endurance Snowmobile Ride, Cochrane, ON 
Hosted by Canuck Powersports, this is the first of what will be an annual charity Snowmobile Endurance Ride in Cochrane, Ontario. This event is not a race but puts rider and machine to the test in a safe, high-mileage ride that will challenge any rider. Navigation skills and a test of one’s endurance makes this a unique event like no other. Our charity of choice is the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation.  
Riders will have the option to complete a 400 km (8-hour) or 600 km (12-hour) ride in Northern Ontario while hitting checkpoints along the way. Everyone who participates will be entered into a draw for door prizes. Those that complete the ride in the allotted time will have their names entered into an additional draw for some larger prizes from our sponsors.

26, 2019 Sioux Lookout Snowarama, Sioux Lookout, ON 
This year’s event starts at the Ojibway Power Toboggan Association Clubhouse, 108 Abram Lake road for registration at 8:30 am. Leaving the clubhouse by 9:30 am with a brief stop in Hudson. Then continuing on to Pizza Hut in Dryden via the “A” Trail. After lunch, pictures and fuel. We are back on the “A” Trail with our return ride to Hudson/Sioux and the OPTA clubhouse. (Please note the approx total distance of the event is 220 km. Please fill your fuel tank.) 
Funds raised at the 2019 Sioux Lookout-Hudson, Red Lake Snowarama will help provide children with physical disabilities with essential mobility and communication equipment, as well as summer camping opportunities at Easter Seals’ two fully accessible camps. It can cost families up to $40,000 a year to raise a child with a physical disability and most families can’t do it on their own. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Calling all Snowmobile Racers, Snowcross, Hill Drag and Weekend Warriors! Here's your chance to compete in KMMX's First Annual HillCross Race Event. There are classes for most everyone regardless of experience! HillCross is a combination of Snocross and Hillclimb. Two competitors race head-to-head up the mountain, over a series of jumps, tabletops and elevation step-ups, including a 90 degree left hand turn. Approximate length is 1000 feet.

4, Blue Mountain Snowdrifters Rally & Raffle, Stayner, ON 
The parking lot of the Stayner Arena will be filled with all sorts of events and activities to celebrate snowmobiling including snowmobile show and shine, displays from Polaris, Arctic Cat, and Yamaha, BBQ lunch and more. There will also be a raffle draw to win a 2018 Triton XT-11 Snowmobile Trailer.  
For the mini snowmobilers there will be a mini 120 on a race course and indoor activities like building a lego snowmobile, how to wrench a sled, learn about frost bite prevention, and a snowmobile movie with popcorn! 
This is also the destination for The Morgan Taylor Memorial Snowmobile Fun Run hosted by the Barrie Snowmobile Club. Make it a full day by starting at the New Lowell Legion. Have breakfast, register for the fun run and join the ride that heads to our rally. Awards from the fun run will be presented in the Stayner Community Centre Hall.

Funds raised at the Sioux Lookout-Hudson, Red Lake Snowarama will help provide children with physical disabilities with essential mobility and communication equipment, as well as summer camping opportunities at Easter Seals’ two fully accessible camps. It can cost families up to $40,000 a year to raise a child with a physical disability and most families can’t do it on their own. Your support is greatly appreciated.

That's right, all 30,000 kilometres of Ontario's snowmobile trails will be available for all to ride at no cost. Just make sure you get your permit.

Snowmobilers from across Northwest Ontario and Northeastern Minnesota are invited to hit the trails for the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids and become part of the most successful winter fundraiser for Easter Seals Ontario. Now in its 15th year, the Grand Portage Lodge and Casino Snowarama for Easter Seals Kids has raised more than $400,000 in support of children and youth with physical disabilities in the community. 
The event includes a bonfire on the trail, a fabulous dinner and live entertainment on Saturday night. There will be prizes for the top fundraisers, including a trip to Vegas, as well as additional prizes throughout the weekend.  
Registration: Minimum $100 is required to participate and includes dinner and live entertainment. After receiving requests for coordinated rides, including longer tours over the last three years, the club has successfully planned trips on the RAP tour, the Gold Rush Tour, and the North Shore Loop. 
As a result of last year’s successful tour they are in the planning stages for a group-coordinated ride in Northern Ontario–The Northern Corridor Adventure Tour. It will be approximately a 1,116 km tour, over 4 days.

The 18th annual Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Snow Run is an all-women snowmobile event to raise funds for women with breast cancer. As always, we will have some extra special surprises for everyone who participates! 
On Friday, the meet’n’greet, will kick-off the weekend in Kelly style with a wonderful evening of munchies and good times! This is a great opportunity to meet new people and catch up with old friends! We will introduce your Team Leaders and Sweeps to you, reminders of trail rules and signals as well as fun prizes, draws and give-aways. Be ready to start off a weekend of fun!
