Get Fired Up for Tasty Treats

Get ready to treat your taste buds to the most savory, lip-smacking, barbeque slathered food you've experienced all summer when Ribfest returns to Thunder Bay this weekend August 22, 23, and 24. It's three full days of savory food and great entertainment in the Waterfront District.

Get out and take part in what should be a repeat of last year's delicious event with full schedule of entertainment Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The main stage area is in the Festival Area at Prince Arthur's Landing.

Halfway Motors is thrilled to bring back this delicious event to the downtown District. With an attendance of just over 25,000 for the each of the past few years, this year's Ribfest is expected to draw large crowds again.

So bring your wet naps and a big appetite as guests can expect to find an astounding selection of meat to feast on over the weekend. Ribfest brings together four talented Ribber teams from Southern Ontario who are all craving to win the Best Ribs Title. Among the competitors returning include Jack the Ribber and Ribs Royale. Ribs, chicken, and pulled pork are among the favorite dishes offered, and guests who attended last year will know why.
A BBQ Extravaganza

This three-day BBQ-extravaganza is truly an event not to miss! Not only does Ribfest offer mouth-watering good food but there is also a large assortment of musical guests lined up to perform throughout the weekend! Good food and good music.
