8 Remote Fishing Outposts to Discover in Northern Ontario

Go Remote Once, and You'll Never Go Back

In a busy, sometimes crazy world, it is good to know that wild places still exist—in areas with no roads and no cities or towns. Places where a crystal blue wilderness lake, surrounded by emerald green boreal forest, many miles from the nearest town, remain as they have been for millennia. On these wilderness lakes is a cabin—one cabin—with a dock and a few boats waiting to navigate the lake. Hundreds of places like this exist, and they're found in Northern Ontario, Canada!
