Myoga
This popular yoga studio has two locations in the Sudbury—one downtown on Cedar Street, and another location in the city’s South End. At both Myoga studios, male and female teachers offer a range of yoga classes and workshops for students of all levels and experience.
Myoga’s downtown studio provides a classic yoga experience, with classes offered at room temperature in a lovely historic building. Here you can join an all level yoga class, where students are encouraged to stay with your own breath and take the modifications that suit you best, or try a Hatha, Vinyasa or Restorative class. Myoga’s downtown location also offers Prenatal Yoga for all of Sudbury’s moms-to-be.
Myoga’s south end studio is a more spacious and modern, state of the art facility with several hot and warm yoga classes. For a deep detoxifying workout try the Power Hot yoga class, or relax and unwind in a quiet Yin class. Myoga offers special Yoga workshops with a focus on holistic topics such sound healing, aroma yoga, and awakening the chakras.

This downtown fitness studio was the first in Sudbury to offer hot yoga classes. Along with fitness kickboxing, pole dancing and fitness bootcamps, Zen Life offers hot yoga classes, as well as beginner level classes and a men’s program. Zen Life staff work hard to maintain a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere and build strong sense of community at this friendly studio.
Zen Life’s Hatha and Power hot yoga classes promise to bring detoxification, increased flexibility, tone, muscular endurance, upper body strength, cardio and much more, as well as easing stress and promoting a sense of calm, and clear mindedness.

ARC Climbing Yoga Fitness
What better way to get a workout than to climb and do yoga in the same day? ARC Climbing Yoga Fitness is a community-oriented lifestyle fitness facility that offers daily climbing, yoga, and fitness classes in a spacious facility on Old Burwash Road.
Get a membership or day pass and enjoy unlimited climbing and yoga classes offered throughout the day. Fun and lighthearted yoga classes are offered at room temperature (23-25°C), as well as in warm (25-28°C) and hot rooms (32-35°C).
ARC is a family friendly facility, with kids yoga, yoga for school groups, youth teams (swim, climbing), prenatal, parent and baby yoga, partner yoga.
