Grey-Bruce has put their best foot forward to attract riders and there are dozens of rider-friendly destinations, from the Hawg's Breath Saloon and Deli to Taylor Made Bed and Breakfast, they know what riders like and go out of their way to provide it. It doesn't hurt to have incredible scenery and local traditions to boot. Ted's Range Road Diner is also a great place to eat—they have just about anything you'd ever want to eat on their menu, and a couple of things you probably don't.

The Neustadt Springs Brewery is housed in one of the oldest brewing buildings in Ontario. Val and Andy Stimpson have been creating premium ales and beers there since 1997 and the local population seems to agree with their methods—they're regularly sold out, so call ahead! Tours of the brewery are also available—just be sure to wait to get back to your hotel before cracking a few open.

Grey-Bruce has dozens of incredible lookout points and stop-offs throughtout, but any visitor to the area should aim to see the Bruce Peninsula Visitor Centre Lookout Tower, which offers a 60 meter high view of the entire Bruce Peninsula. Because Grey-Bruce is part of the Niagara Escarpment, there are many waterfalls throughout the region. Walter's Falls is visible from many of the rooms at the reasonably priced Falls Inn, and for an even larger set of falls with a really unique fan-type crest, check out Inglis Falls only a hop, skip and a jump away.

There are four main routes through the Bruce, each offering it's own unique experience. Some focus on nature, taking you to the hiking trails and waterfalls, some focus on finding the best food in the region. Whichever you choose, you're sure to find something to suit you.

Close by is the Georgian Bay Coastal Route which runs the full rim of Georgian Bay. The Chi-Cheemaun Ferry is right at the tip of the Bruce Peninsula, and is the gateway to Manitoulin Island and Georgian Bay.
