Vélorution Dirt Park

Located at the Velorution Bike shop, this park includes a “Pump Track” and a “Jump Park.” The park is designed to help develop agility and off-road bike handling skills. Weekly time trials on the “Pump Track” start in May and continue throughout the summer, and are great fun for riders of all abilities. The “Jump Park” is rated as advanced.

St. Marys Rapids - Fishing

The famous St. Marys River Rapids are located in the heart of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and represent a short stretch of the St. Marys River, which drains Lake Superior into Lake Huron. The Rapids support annual runs of Steelhead, Atlantic Salmon, Chinook and Pink Salmon as well as a resident population of Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout and Whitefish. Feel the rush of the rapids and from your big catch of the day.

Agawa Canyon Tour Train - Outdoors

This one day wilderness train tour takes you 183 km north of Sault Ste. Marie, over towering trestles and along pristine northern lakes and rivers, to the Agawa Canyon. At the floor of the canyon you'll have two hours to experience the canyon's beauty. Enjoy scenic walks, explore one of the four waterfalls or climb to the stunning lookout platform 250 feet above the tracks.

Just when you thought you'd experienced it all, the train starts its descent into the canyon at Mile 102. As the rail line hugs the top of the canyon wall, you'll descend 500 feet over the next 10 miles to the floor of the Agawa Canyon, created more than 1.2 billion years ago by faulting and widened and reshaped by the last ice-age that retreated 10,000 years ago.
