"Fall" in Love with Greenstone

Summer has come and gone in Northwest Ontario, but we still have a lot to look forward to in Greenstone with the fall fast approaching!
Fall is an amazing season to visit Greenstone! The beautiful bright reds, oranges, and yellows of the trees, the leaves crunching under your feet as you take a hike while breathing in the crisp evening air, the fog lifting off of the water as you take your canoe or kayak out for a morning paddle. With miles of boreal forest, there is so much to do and so much to explore all while enjoying the spectacular fall weather!
Imagine waking up to a frosty morning, and taking hike or paddle along one of our many lakes, rivers, or canoe routes! This is a great way to enjoy the crisp fresh air and see Greenstone from a whole other point of view!
With the fall also comes hunting season! Bird hunting season has just opened with moose hunting season soon to follow! With moose hunting being one of the most popular here in Greenstone; hundreds of hunters visit us each and every year. Set up camp, get a room at a hotel or B&B, or book an ultimate hunting experience at one of Greenstones resorts and outfitters!
If you are looking for a fall adventure, or are just looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings in the Thunder Bay region, come and visit us and “fall” in love with Greenstone!
