Outspoken Brewery
After a couple of years of extensive renovations and research, owners/operators Vaughn Alexander and Graham Atkinson opened the doors to OutSpoken Brewery in 2014!
Several years of research and development went into tweaking and finalizing their beer recipes.
"As we developed our skills and knowledge, we gravitated towards using more specialized ingredients," Atkinson told SooToday.com. "What we're doing now is no different than what larger breweries do, just on a different scale."
